This necklace is similar to the Temoe necklace only an inch shorter at 16" (40.5cm) and the 12mm Tahitian black pearl held secure in a woven encasement of a different design. As with other pieces in this collection, the classic Polynesian weaving style is expertly exhibited in these coconut husk fiber designs. The necklace is closed using the traditional dual-loop and pig-tail closure typical in such designs. The gorgeous silver-green pearl with blue overtones used in this necklace has been kept in its original natural state, un-drilled and un-damaged by man.
